Dancing with the Armenian Alphabet

The workshop, developed and implemented by the artist in Berlin in 2017, aims to teach the letters of the Armenian alphabet, actively used since the 5th century AD, through body-based learning and to develop bodily creativity through improvisation exercises. Contemporary dance composition methods also accompany the workshop process. Offering a cultural learning experience, the workshop is open to participants of all ages and levels; it can be used for learning, body awareness, artistic production, and creativity.
The workshop has also been applied by the instructor to different alphabets such as the Japanese, Runic, and Sumerian alphabets.
Kinesthetic Learning for Teachers and Social Workers

The workshop begins by introducing participants to Braindance Exercises, a method developed on fundamental developmental movements that renews and strengthens the connection between body and brain, stimulating both body and mind simultaneously. Following this, various dance improvisation games, body awareness exercises, and activities focused on learning through body are presented, considering cognitive and social development categories.
