Mythologies and Local Dance History
A 3-Day Embodied Imagination Summer Lab
In this three-day summer lab, we will explore alphabets, mythologies, and local dance histories through movement, imagination, improvisation, storytelling, and creative play. Together we will listen to stories carried by letters, trace connections between body and place, and discover how movement can become a way of reading the world.
The workshop welcomes participants of different ages and backgrounds. We believe that meaningful learning happens when generations meet—when children, adults, and elders bring their questions, memories, and ways of seeing into a shared space of exploration.
Open to everyone aged 5 and above.
No dance experience is needed—only curiosity, imagination, and a willingness to move.
Come and join us for three afternoons of dancing, listening, remembering, and imagining together.
