Ecology Based Creative Dance Teacher Training
Ecology Based Creative Dance Teacher Training is a comprehensive teacher training module designed for those who wish to rediscover the body as a part of nature, connect movement with ecological cycles, and pass this awareness on to others through the methodology of creative dance.
We aim to develop more than just a “dance technique”; we strive for a sustainable way of living and teaching by building a bridge between the rhythms of nature and our own internal rhythms.
Who is it for?
This program is open to everyone, regardless of their background, who believes in the healing and unifying power of movement:
- Dancers and Movement Artists: Those looking to add ecological depth and creative versatility to their existing practice.
- Educators and Academicians: Teachers who want to enrich their classroom dynamics through creative movement and nature-based learning.
- Psychologists and Therapists: Professionals interested in integrating somatic awareness and nature connection into their therapeutic sessions.
- Environmental Activists and Non-Dancers: Anyone who wishes to connect with ecology through their body and transform this experience into a tool for group facilitation.
What Will You Learn?
Throughout the training, we will blend theoretical knowledge with deep somatic experience:
- Creative Dance Methodology: Techniques for lesson planning, gamification, and improvisation tailored for different age groups and skill levels.
- Ecological Somatics: Translating seasonal cycles, the four elements (earth, water, fire, air), and biological processes into a movement language.
- Facilitation Skills: How to guide a group’s creative process, hold a safe space, and develop an inclusive teaching language.
- Sustainable Movement: Principles of moving in harmony with the body’s natural anatomical structure and environmental rhythms, avoiding strain and burnout.
Benefits of the Program
- Community Connection: Becoming part of a network of like-minded individuals, offering opportunities for interdisciplinary exchange..
- Holistic Awareness: Perceiving your body as part of the ecosystem, leading to better stress management and physical grounding.
- A New Career Path: Upon completion, you will have a concrete curriculum that you can implement in schools, art centers, ecology camps, or your own private workshops.
- Unlocking Creativity: Using nature’s forms as a guide to overcome creative blocks in choreographic and artistic production.
No advanced dance experience is required, but an openness to movement exploration is essential.

Dance Pedagogy & Embodied Learning: Theory – Context – Praxis
Dance Pedagogy & Embodied Learning is a 10-week online/hybrid teacher training programme designed for dance educators and learning professionals who wish to integrate the body more fully into their teaching practices.
Bridging theory, context, and praxis, the programme offers an in-depth exploration of how movement, perception, and embodied experience can support learning, creativity, and relational awareness. Participants engage with dance not only as an art form, but as a pedagogical and epistemological tool.
Grounded in somatic practices, the training invites participants to experience learning through the body while critically reflecting on their own teaching contexts.
The programme also situates dance pedagogy within broader social, cultural, and ecological frameworks—encouraging participants to question dominant educational models and explore more inclusive, responsive, and relational approaches to learning.
What the programme includes:
- Experiential movement sessions and guided somatic practices
- Theoretical inputs on embodied learning and dance pedagogy
- Improvisation as a tool for teaching, facilitation, and creativity
- Reflective practices connecting personal experience with teaching contexts
- Opportunities to design and facilitate short practice-based sessions
