Creative Dance Teacher Training

I am a movement-based interdisciplinary artist, educator, and writer focused on the transformative power of dance, learning, and creativity. I hold BA degrees in Dance and Adult Education, and an MA in Movement, Mind, and Ecology from Schumacher College. My work is grounded in embodied learning and holistic education.

Guided by my ecological approach and holistic educational philosophy, I design and implement body-based creative learning programs for diverse educational environments. I have been providing teacher trainings in creative dance, embodied learning, and enhancing creativity in higher dance education for both local and international educational institutions and art centers.

I am the founder of Mudita Moves, where various workshops, presentations, and performances take place. At the heart of these events, I aim to nurture authentic self-expression for all ages and foster responsive, inclusive relationships with oneself, the community, and nature.

My creative and pedagogical work deeply explores themes of identity, memory, nature, pedagogy, indigenous cultures, languages, and space. Through embodied practices, I weave together dance, storytelling, and ecological awareness, crafting a powerful narrative of creativity and healing.

I have shared my experiences and research through presentations in various local and international conferences, contributing to the academic community on these subjects as well.
