Braindance, exercises are based on the developmental movement patterns that we do them naturally, since we born, in order to use the body efficiently. However, some of this patterns can’t develop properly due to emotional or physical traumas. When we apply Braindance exercises regularly the body remembers and completes what was missing before. Exercises supports mental development by sending new stimuli to nervous system and to the brain. The connection in between the body and the mind, strongly establishes, it enhances the quality of education by extending the attention in the classroom, and satisfies the daily need of children in a qualified and safe way. Learning environment enriches in the classroom, as well. Applicable to students of all ages in the classroom, in the gym, in order to relieve them before an exam, presentation or performances, to increase the success and the motivation.
