Lerna Babikyan is a multidisciplinary artist, educator and writer with a focus on dance. She explores the colonial-indigenous relationship through the interaction of body, space, memory, identity, nature, creative dance, pedagogy, historical context, and transforming spaces.

In the light of the deep ecological approach and holistic education philosophy, she designs and implements educational programs focused on creative dance for all learning environments. She provides instructor training on the subject at local and international educational institutions and art centers, especially Mudita Dans, which he founded.s
